2 comfortable room are available to rent as of this week in my apartment which includes:

kitchen, lounge area, plus 2 bathrooms, 1 other bedroom and a balcony.

Also available for use is the basement with washing machine. The simply furnished study/bedrooms have internet access and all facilities in the apartment are available for sharing with me and the cat. Each room is heated & with an individual temperature control.

Parking space available, situated just outside Padergnone (a village 15km from Trento towards Riva). Frequent daily bus service passes directly in front of the building taking just 20 mins to reach Trento. Great for anyone seeking refuge from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis without losing touch with it and ideal for mountain and cycling fanatics!

I live here & work here so we would be sharing all the space, but this normally works out fine from the students who have been here before.
