The studio is located in the heart of the city center so it is a perfect base to reach every point by feet, it is 5 minutes to the Duomo, 10 minutes from the Muse museum, the universities and the main train station.

The studio is around 35smq, with a furnished kitchen and a bathroom with sink, wc and shower. It is furnished with a double bed a and small sofa. Moreover, there are kettle, microwave, coffe machine, wasching machine, iron/iron board and a mini fridge at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided. Consider that the studio is at the third floor without elevator. No air conditioning but we provide ventilators when needed.

The studio is available for only 1 person.

The studio is under regular b&b policy so you will be provided with regular receipt of your staying, it is NOT possible to subscribe a rental contract. We ask for ducuments and deposit of €200 that will be given back at the end of the stay.
