The studio is located in the heart of the city center, making it an ideal base to reach everything by foot. It is just 5 minutes from the Duomo, 10 minutes from the Economics and Law universities, and the main train station. The bus stop to reach the Engineering University in Povo is only a 2-minute walk away.

The studio is approximately 35 sqm and features a double bed and a small sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, dishes, a microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, shower, and washing machine. Bed linens, blankets, and towels are provided.

Please note that the studio is on the third floor and there is no elevator.

There is no air conditioning, but fans are available if needed.

The rent includes all bills (electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, and waste disposal). The security deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.

The studio is available for one person only (couples are not allowed).

The studio operates under standard B&B regulations, so an official receipt will be provided for your stay. It is not possible to sign a rental contract. Guests are required to provide documents for official registration.
