Autonomous heating furnished apartment consisting of three single rooms, a spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, and a corridor, totaling 100 square meters of usable space.

The apartment is very bright, as it is exposed on three sides, with three balconies distributed accordingly. Located on the 2nd floor of a five-story building with 10 apartments.

It does not have an elevator. Paid public parking is available for residents only. 

House Rules

• 1. Rooms are assigned contractually and cannot be changed.

  2. Sharing of Ordinary Maintenance Costs
  Each student contributes to ordinary maintenance costs amounting to 1/3 of the tuition fee. 

  3. Use of Common Areas
  Clear rules for the use of the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms, with cleaning shifts.

  Respect for the schedules and needs of all tenants in the apartment and the building.

  No tenant may change the use of common areas without the group's consent.

  4. Cleaning and Waste Management
  Each student participates in shifts for cleaning shared spaces and their own environment.

  Sharing of duties for waste separation and disposal.
