This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, due to the cases of non-compliance and the exemptions listed below.

 

Non-accessible content

The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reason:

a) non-compliance with Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004.

b) non-compliance with Directive (EU) 2019/882, known as the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

 

List of identified content not yet accessible and currently being resolved on some pages of the website, with references to WCAG 2.1:

1.1.1 Non-text Content (Level A) – Various pages contain meaningful images without alternative text and decorative images that are not marked as such. Example: images on the home page.

1.3.1 Info and Relationships (Level A) – Several semantic elements defining the page structure are missing. Example: menus are not contained within navigation blocks.

1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) (Level AA) – Many texts may not meet the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1.

1.4.4 Resize Text (Level AA) – Many interface elements do not remain correctly aligned when text is enlarged to 200%.

1.4.5 Images of Text (Level AA) – Images of text without alternative text are present. Example: an image containing the text “Become a TRENT member”.

1.4.11 Non-text Contrast (Level AA 2.1 only) – In some interface elements such as room cards, the text does not meet the minimum contrast requirements.

11.4.13 Content on Hover or Focus (Level AA 2.1 only) – When hovering the mouse over a results card, a detail appears showing the status, availability, and dates of the various rooms. This detail is not reachable via keyboard or assistive technologies and does not persist when the mouse leaves the card area.

2.2.2 Pause, Stop, Hide (Level A) – No mechanism is provided to pause or resume the scrolling of automatically moving elements such as the carousel.

2.4.1 Bypass Blocks (Level A) – No mechanism is provided to bypass blocks of content.

2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context) (Level A) – Numerous links are present whose purpose is understandable only from the visual context in which they are placed. Example: “Learn more” links.

2.4.7 Focus Visible (Level AA) – The keyboard focus indicator is not visible on many active interface elements.

3.1.2 Language of Parts (Level AA) – English terms or labels are present on an Italian page without the language attribute on the containing element.

4.1.2 Name, Role, Value (Level A) – Several elements do not have a role or their state cannot be programmatically determined by assistive technologies. Example: the state and semantics of the language selector are not defined.

Assessment carried out by third parties with expertise in digital accessibility and through the use of assistive technologies (screen readers, magnification software, braille displays, pointers, etc.) in different usage scenarios.

The information contained in the statement was obtained from an evaluation carried out by third parties through objective and subjective analyses as required by the guidelines of the Italian Digital Agency (AgID).
