Who is the service for?

The TRent portal is exclusively for university students — or prospective students — and all property owners located within Trentino.

Who can post property listings on the portal?

There are 4 different types of landlord profiles: private owners, university colleges, property managers, and intermediary services.

Ecco una traduzione chiara e professionale, strutturata in formato FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), ideale per la sezione assistenza del portale.

What is the role of Opera Universitaria?

Opera Universitaria manages the portal with the sole purpose of connecting student demand with the real estate supply available in the area.

Any financial negotiations regarding the actual leasing of properties are separate from the portal’s aims; therefore, Opera Universitaria is not responsible for such dealings.

All liability related to disputes, misunderstandings, or issues in the relationship between the landlord and the tenant is excluded.

What does the “OU” symbol mean?

The OU symbol indicates that the apartment has been inspected by the Opera’s staff. This confirms the actual existence of the property at the specified address, the presence of the amenities listed in the ad, and its general condition.

Please note: On-site inspections by the Opera team are conducted only for the “Private Owners” category.

How do I request information from owners about a bed space?

To contact the owner of an apartment you are interested in, you must first register. Once registered, open the listing and click the “CONTACT LANDLORD” button. After clicking, you must fill out the information request form. If the landlord grants consent, may also be available a telephone contact, visible only after logging in.

How do I register?

Click on LOGIN at the top right, then click REGISTER. You can register with a Student profile or a Landlord profile by filling in the required fields. For step-by-step guidance, please consult the User Manual.

For Students: Registration requires filling the online form, accepting the privacy terms, and self-certifying your status as a student or prospective student. You may also review the “Guidelines” document.

For Private Landlords & Professional Operators: Registration requires filling the online form, accepting the privacy terms, and reviewing the “Guidelines” document.

Who should I contact for information on how the site works?

For any information regarding site technicalities or uploading listings, you can contact Opera Universitaria at trent@operauni.tn.it or by calling 0461-217411.

For information about accommodation availability or rental conditions, you must contact the individual owners directly using the methods indicated on the site.

How do I upload a listing?

Private Owners: Follow the instructions in the User Manual.

Professional Operators: You can upload individual listings following the manual or, if you have many properties, request a bulk import.
