TRent is the virtual notice board created by Opera Universitaria that connects students and landlords across Trentino, within a secure and transparent environment.
A simple and reliable meeting point for those seeking accommodation and those wishing to offer a space, designed to make the search clearer, faster, and more accessible.
The service is exclusively for university students and future students looking for accommodation, as well as property owners in our region (private landlords, university colleges, property managers, and intermediaries).
The portal is open to both currently enrolled students and those not yet enrolled. During registration, all users will be required to sign a self-certification declaring their status as a student or prospective student.
Opera Universitaria monitors the portal, ensuring that advertisements are clear and complete, with detailed information and fully disclosed costs.
Furthermore, for private landlords, Opera staff will perform an on-site inspection to verify that the property matches the description. Apartments that pass this check will receive the “Opera Badge” on their listing—a mark of reliability and a guarantee for both students and landlords.
You can freely browse available listings without registration.
Registration as a student is required to search for accommodation and contact a landlord.
Registration as a landlord is required to post advertisements.
TRent is a shared space built on mutual trust and respect. Opera Universitaria promotes a use of the portal based on freedom of expression, which must always be exercised with a sense of responsibility. By using TRent, users agree to:
Fake advertisements, discriminatory content, offensive comments, or irrelevant information are strictly prohibited.
Opera Universitaria reserves the right to remove such content and take necessary action to protect the quality and reliability of the service. All users are encouraged to report any non-compliant content, actively contributing to keeping TRent a safe, transparent, and useful space for the student community.
The service for browsing listings is free of charge for students, as is the posting of listings for all types of property owners.
The financial and contractual terms of the actual lease are provided by the owner within the listing, and they commit to ensuring maximum transparency. Any financial negotiations related to the actual leasing of a property are not the portal’s purposes, as its sole aim is to establish contact between the student and the owner.
